Hampton Inn & Suites Addison

Es un hotel sucio, las alfombras estaban rotas y algunas añadidas con tape negro, las paredes sucias, en el dormitorio la alfombra tenia olor a orines, tuve que pedir que lo limpiaran y quitaran el olor. El sanitario se activaba regularmente ocasionando mucho ruido el cual impide que uno duerma con comodidad. Una de las camas tenía un agujero por lo cual se pidió que cambiaran la cama. El colmo fue que solicitamos la limpieza de las 3 habitaciones que rentamos y solo a una la hicieron, las otras dos tardaron dos días en hacerla. Por último la persona que nos llevo hacia el aeropuerto el día de hoy se comporto como todo un patán somatando las puertas y hablándonos en mal tono, no se si lo hizo porque noto que tomos éramos de la tercera edad, pero si deja mucho que desear este señor, espero lo reprendan o lo corran porque se ve que no esta adecuado para tratar con personas.

Great location, easy to get to. Nice hotel room. Has a nice park next door that you can go for a big walk or let the kids on the playground.

Nice and clean.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were good and fluffy. No complains about the TV, entertainment or fridge. No problem with hot water. The indoor pool was clean but a bit cold and that is just how the temperature has been. Note that there is is no hot tub. Breakfast was nice, there were 3 hot items - egg cheese sandwich, potatoes and sliced hot dogs. Rest was the usual stuff - oatmeal, bread, make your own pancake, fresh fruits, boiled eggs.

We had a very positive experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Addison. We highly recommend the hotel.
