The room was excellent, clean!

I visit Adelaide 4 or 5 times a year, I always stay here. It’s clean and tidy, the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfy Nothing to complain about

Carpark is too far away. The way to enter or exit the carpark is not convenient too. But cannot expect too much as it is at the city.

Overall I had a great stay. The room was awesome, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the room amenities were complete. The location is also great, you can walk to the city center in about 10 minutes with a lot of cafes and restaurants. A few issues came up during my stay: On the second day, my key card stopped working after returning from a morning walking tour. The receptionist resolved it quickly, but it was a bit concerning, I can't imagine coming back late at night after reception hours and not being able to get into my room. The refrigerator was buzzing so I had to switch it off, and by morning the ice had melted and left a puddle of water underneath it. The chair in the room was also not very comfortable, my back hurt after working on my laptop for a while. Lastly, the shower head was fixed to the wall and couldn't be pulled down.

location is excellent delux queen room, smaller than the normal queen room. had to constantly ask for more coffee in room. cleanliness was mediocre, also the carpark paying $25 a day and it was 2blocks away, not safe for a female to come in at night, not impressed with that at all,

Lovely room with a fabulous balcony. A great little budget/boutique hotel. The only issue is the lack of on-site parking. We were fortunate that street parking worked for our check-in and out. One of Adelaide's oldest and legendary restaurants (La Trat) right next door (bonus!). Hard to find anything negative

Great location, lovely staff on arrival very helpful and clearly explained everything we needed to know. Secure parking a short walk away. Room and bathroom were clean, well presented and had everything we needed. Would recommend All was good the only issue we had was with our tv it was after 8pm and the only way to contact was by email, still waiting for a reply

Location was perfect with the free tram.

Everything Shower. It was fixed as opposed to noin fixed.

Closeness to Rundle mall and trams and the rooms were quiet and comfy. The parking away from hotel, but still quite professional with the arrangment.

The room has a balcony with a beautiful sunrise view. There is a microwave, so we were able to bring takeaway food and enjoy it on the balcony. The location is convenient, close to the central market, tram station, and bus stop. Cleanliness: The coffee machine wasn’t clean, as a used capsule was left in the machine. Facilities: The tap was loose and had to be held while using
