Close to town but loud at night Loud construction noise. Not hot water.

It’s nice refreshed. Breakfast wasn’t the same as the Hilton as it was before. There was more food at breakfast when it was owned by the Hilton International. I think it just needs more amenities like hairdryers modern hairdryers straighteners etc

The staff was delaying and very unprofessional they make me wait for 2 hour , more then that the breakfast was not that nice and not suitable with the price . Location is good and the staff are good Arriving at the hotel and parking the car is a nightmare. It’s a shame that they don’t have parking and not even space for enough cars while arriving and unloading. You need to either pay a 60AUD to valet parking or you need to self park around 350 meters away but $25 per night.

Location, close to businesses and Central Market and Chinatown I understand it is being renovated. The rooms are tired and look no different to when we stayed 20 years ago.

Room The door to the gym was not able to be found within the vicinity of the Pool/Gym area so I was not able to have a work out early this morning which I was very much looking forward to.

We did not have breakfast as we needed to leave to the airport. We had a cup of tea in our room. Facilities were very good. Nothing really. The hotel was undergoing renovations so some areas not available however this will make the hotel even better when done.

Great location, friendly staff With renovations happening there was no away to get access to drop off bags, no staff helping out the front or clear instructions to what was happening Ended up having to call desk, tried several times to get through over 25 minutes, to even work out where to park and then had to walk in rain with bags I’m sure it’s not normally like this but it definitely took the shine off our stay

The location was excellent. Close to the markets and plenty of good food. Even though the hotel was being renovated at the time there was minimal disruption. I’m sure it will be excellent when it’s finished.

The walls are very think and you can hear movements and talking from the person next door.. The person next to me banged on wall because I was having a conversation
