Staff went above & beyong helping this guest with luggage hauling up and down stairs which I heard was most appreciated.

Disgusting. Took 30 mins to check in as the one staff memember was working the bar and yelling at customers. The room was dirty - blood and hair on pillow, dirt on sheets. The chain on door was too long making room unsafe. checked out/left that night

The room was dingy, the paint job and tiling in bathroom done by amateurs. It was more of a backpackers room. Noisy over night, dirty windows, smelly lift. Overall a less then enjoyable experience.

Felt like a gangster movie. The room looked like it was hired out at an hourly rate. The toilet roll holder was masking taped to the wall. The toilet was not clean and had been used and not flushed. WE DID NOT STAY

The atmosphere is retrospective and it is nice, however,I have never seen such an old air conditioner as much as I don't want to use, it is probably not for use.
