Well-sized, comfortable rooms in the 1 bedroom apartment with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic kitchen equipment. Excellent location, easy access to direct bus from airport, free trams in the CBD, plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby as well as Central Markets and Rundle Mall.

Perfect location to shops, restaurants and Adelaide Central Market. We arrived a bit late and had to call after hours number to get key , easy process though. There is constriction going on just on the other side of the street 24/7. You can still hear it when you sleep through the night unfortunately.

The failure to be notified on how to gain access when a late arrival. Took three phone calls before I received the info.

Comfortable bed. Great bathroom appointments. Location was convenient and central. Full kitchen facilities. Apartment has a large construction being undertaken directly over the road. Every morning between 3.45am to 4.15am we were awakened by very loud noises from concrete pours to heavy machinery being used. The staff explained there was nothing they could do to prevent this. Suggest avoiding if you are a light sleeper.

The after-hours check-in was not as seamless, as I couldn't use their key app with my non-Australian phone number. I couldn't use the water kettle because it had rust on the inside and they didn't have a replacement (in fairness to them, I was told they were ordering new ones).

The Staff was lovely and accommodating especially how they were in the process of having the hotel be rebranded and their whole CMS system being replaced. Confusion surrounding correspondence received via email and what occurred on sight. Not staff fault though as it was part of them re branding

The room was very clean and comfortable, and well lit. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. I felt the venue was very centrally located in the city so easy access to transport and shops etc. Unable to think of any thing

Location is fantastic! The room was clean and spacious and having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus! Highly recommend staying here.

The location was great for accessing the public transport and shops. The place is extremely noisy. Construction going on right across the road from my window from 4am on day of arrival thru to 10pm some nights. Traffic noise also rather loud even with ear plugs. Reception took 4 phone calls from me to get the after hours access details emailed to me before I was out of WIFI range. Receptionist did also not seem to be well informed on much going on in the vicinity.

The people, the room, and the servicing were all very good; the location was not bad. It was clean, and there were facilities for making warm drinks, including a fridge, microwave, cooker, and utensils, all well maintained. The biggest issue, even 3 floors up, is the bedroom window faces a main road and at its best was noisy through the night with spasmodic motorbikes and vehicles revving up down the road through the night, and noise reduction even with double glazing was poor. Add to this a building being worked on all through the night where heavy materials were being dropped down a chute into a large metal container, and along with motors and workmen making constant noises, it was very poor to impossible to sleep. It's a shame; without these issues, I would have given top marks for the apartments and staff.

Location was great, room was comfortable and so was the bed Housekeeping was not great, the room was not always clean when I got back to it in the afternoon.

Room was extremely spacious, with basic amenities provided.

Separate bedroom with bifold doors in place....bed was roomy and comfortable. Kitchen just right with enough amenities. Bigger fridge as well. Bathroom fine for our needs. Staff superb in their customer service. Good sense of humor....both of them. Would recommend 100%. Closet in bedroom with safe and shelves perfect. No clutter anywhere. Carpet and couch a little tired - but fine for our needs. Not a lot wrong with our apartment.
