The location, facilities and the staff It was difficult to reach the rooms with suitcases because the terrain of the facility was very rugged and steep.

Indoor child area is close and not functional. Pools close at 6 and open at 10!!it's summer, at least for 2 months get an extra lifeguard to accommodate your guests. Food was average.

Everything! Food, swimming pool, the apartment. Would highly recommend

Everything! It’s a nice, quiet village-like hotel with rooms not facing the main road. The food was delicious and each evening had a theme night with a certain type of cuisine. Among them I liked the most the BBQ night. The all-inclusive option is an excellent value for money, the cocktails were very good and the bartenders were always there. The staff was very helpful. Also, I had read the other reviews about this property and it had been noted that there were no signs for allergens - now there are those kinds of signs. The hotel had an evening with live music (greek style) which was very nice; during the daytime there were certain basic fitness activities which were very good options for those concerned about the amount of tasty food… The hotel has a very nice policy for those who checked in late, allowing for using the all-inclusive options during the last day while waiting for the taxi to the airport. It’s a big plus. The water in the pools is a little too cold for me, but other people seemed to be ok with it. Also, there is only one lifeguard for all the pools, and sometimes kids behave very dangerously and the lifeguard does not notice their behavior. A small disadvantage which could be easily improved and add a value for this hotel would be the presence of a small gym (because the food is way too good and it’s hard to not overeat). The next thing is not about the hotel. The small town of Agia Marina is not very lively, it’s mostly hotels and tourist shops. There is nothing to do apart from being in the hotel, therefore it is important to take it into consideration while choosing this place. It’s perfect for kids but there is no nightlife whatsoever…

Fantastic family hotel, everything was perfect especially the Buffett breakfast, delicious. We can’t wait to come back. Our 2 year old daughter loved it. Particularly the play area and baby water slides. Staff were amazing. Minor point but the children’s play area just needs a white line painting on the step down as many people/kids were falling down the step

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people and it had alot of room. For such a busy and popular hotel it was so clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and has a huge selection of food in the all inclusive. The walk to the town was only 2 minutes We loved everything!

Our room was in a great spot overlooking the main pool, but it was very basic, old and tired. Our room had a smart tv but internet access was locked. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were lovely, front desk staff not as much.

The pools were clean and always lots of space. We had a private pool which was amazing and the apartment and pool was always kept clean. Lovely staff that always interacted with our baby. The bar hours and lack of space to sit and have a drink was a bit rubbish. Very quiet in the evenings, not much entertainment so we went out a lot just for some music or a cocktail.

There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. We want to already re-book for next year. Our kids did not want to leave!!! There was nothing not to like. The only thing that was slightly off was the sun bed situation as it seemed some of the residents were waking up in the dead of night to go put their towels on and reserve them- but this has to do with people’s mentality and not the hotel itself that was EXCELLENT in every way.

This is the perfect place for a silent family holiday to relax. Bar prices were a little bit expensive :(

Staff were friendly and genuinely want yo help, friendly with kids and felt at home. Reception are very helpful and lifeguard is strict as it should be ensuring kids safety on the slides. Breakfast was 10/10, puddings 10/10. Loved the local salads and something different everyday, big selection. Overall we had an excellent holiday! Would definitely return. Pork dishes overcooked, so quite tough.

More vegetarian options would have been great.

Very big room with extra sofa and baby bed. Clean and fresh. Nice balcony.

Great place for family vacation; close to departure for beautiful beaches Not far from the sea but difficult for a small child to walk upwards

staff are very kind and friendly ans smiling, and the food was delicious, all inclusive was a very good idea, but the water in the pools wwas so cold, no heating the hotel is fare away from any attractions, and the water in the pools were so cold especially in windy and low temperature in May
