Nice beach, nice staff Dirty, mold smelling rooms, don’t keep proper track of mini bar consumption, music so loud you can hear in the rooms. Beds broken. Stained mattresses.

The design of the resort is at top notch, the rooms are excellent very clean and have anything you want, what the most that i liked in the rooms the lighting system , very wide, having outside bath tub with hot water is something special. All the stuffs of nikki beach very helpful, professional and amazing . The private beach and the pool are so clean and nice . I have spent one of the best holiday’s during the whole life . I really appreciate all what you did and provide for me . See you next year ???? Everything was at top notch ❤️

Private beach club and proximity to Airport if you need to catch an early flight. We did not receive the room we originally booked. Instead, we were given a much smaller room with an odd layout—the so-called “hot tub” was placed on the roof of the room, accessible only by climbing a very narrow staircase. When I raised this issue with reception, the staff were indifferent and simply stated that the hotel was fully booked. The overall condition of the room was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets and towels were worn and outdated, the bathroom appeared dilapidated, and the fridge made so much noise at night that it was difficult to sleep. Food was average at best, and drinks were overpriced. Around the pool, loud music played constantly, making it impossible to relax. Bottom line: If you’re looking for comfort, quality, and a more peaceful atmosphere, this hotel is not the right choice.

Almost nothing every where is dirty There are two pool, one beautifull pool is extra you have yo pay 200 euro per day and yıu have to spend 250 euro. There is an other pool for poor customer it is realy dirty. You can use sun bed. Extras are very expensive. Beds are old and uncomfortable pilows are worst then bed, room is not clean Location is far from good restaurants Beach is dirty again and the sea is dirty also

The hotel is very beautiful but the service was poor. Even though I paid the full amount including taxes on my reservation, they still demanded taxes from me at the hotel, argued with me and shamed me in front of people. Really aggravation. I paid so much money for my stay at your hotel and finally for 60 euros caused me great aggravation. The hotel is very beautiful but the service was poor.
