Everything was perfect

A bit far from the iconic sunset in OIA taking a taxi costs you 45 euros per way, almost 100 per day, next time I’ll get a rental car

Beautiful property with pool. Love the balcony. Free breakfast. All the rooms were not together. The location of the hotel isn’t centrally located. It’s a bit far away from downtown area. One of the rooms where I stayed to celebrate my birthday had broken shower door which we noticed after check in. I called to inform front desk but nothing was done about it. As a result of the broken shower door, once we take our shower, the water will be all over the bathroom floors so it’s like walking back into a dirty soaking wet floor. The mini fridge in my room had pieces of it also broken prior to check in. The pool chair covers need a deep cleaning. Hotel didn’t even wish me a happy birthday even though they knew in advance I was celebrating my birthday. The small memorable details does a make wow impact for guess and I feel that the hotel missed the mark here.

The reception was so nice and friendly. Really down to earth. She made us feel like family. Love it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered assistance in just about every aspect of our vacation, including car rentals, airport shuttle service, recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, and offers adventure tours. They will also make most of the calls for you.

I really liked the property for its beautiful setting and relaxing atmosphere. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming vibe that made my stay comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything I needed, and the facilities added to the overall holiday experience. What stood out most, though, was the warm and friendly service from the staff especially Maria and Valia who made the stay feel even more personal and enjoyable. There wasn’t anything major that I disliked about the property. My overall stay was excellent.

We were in Smy Mediterranean White for a night in late October and we were upgraded to a suite and we were very well taken care of by Maria. Hotel welcome drink and breakfast was a big hit for us. We didn't have the time to use the pool but it did look great. Slight unpleasant smell from bathroom drain. All else was good.

My wife’s earrings were stolen from our room by the cleaners. Staff at the bar over charged constantly.

Good breakfast, cozy bar and pool area, the rooms were large and well air-conditioned, also modern. Staff were really informative. there was also a good storage point for luggage near the reception desk if you arrived at the hotel too early or wanted to stay at the hotel after the room was handed over. the toilet was generally clean, some hairs etc. were still found. Otherwise the room was perfect. The location was not the best, but thanks to that, you got a really good hotel for the price. There aren't many shops nearby and it's some distance to the beach. The airport is also right next door, so it gets noisy from time to time. For the most part, the hotel still has a peaceful atmosphere and is quiet

Size of our room was exceptional. Bar staff friendly (Spiro and Penelope). Offered shower facilities to use after checkout as we stayed until late afternoon. Location. There's not a lot to do in walking distances. No restaurant as such - only undercover area near the outdoor bar. Same menu as the pool side menu. Unable to eat while lying by the pool.
