The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent. The location was easy to the beach and shopping. Nothing at all.

Loved the location, so close to the sea. The hotel was delightfully friendly, staff very efficient. The meals were very varied and delicious. I really couldn’t fault the hotel, everything was geared up to giving guests a positive experience.

It's amazing staff, especially Sula at reception. She is what Alexander House Hotel is all about- warm, kind, friendly, hospitable, generous and full of Love. We will always remember you and keep you in our prayers. Never goodbye, see you later. De Baz, Vossos and Kolo families ?? All the steps and no elevadar! But the friendly staff was worth the pain.

We liked the room, clean and nice, there was also a mini coffee machine. The food was delicious. The hotel was at a very good location, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. And the bus to Heraklion stops just outside the hotel. The staff is very nice, makes you feel special. Our room was on the second floor and we didn't really like the view - the roofs of the nearby houses ruined everything. So we felt like we shouldn't have paid extra 200 eu for the room with a sea view.

We chose this hotel for one night to stay close to Heraklion and Knossos. For that it was perfect. The room photos are misleading and the actual size is much smaller than shown. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed. The bed was only a double, so much smaller than most hotels in the area. The original room booked was not the one shown in the photos, so we got a ‘free’ upgrade to a room that looked like on the photos. Pls be honest with your rooms and photos, they are massively misleading!

AMAZING WONDERFUL STAFF ? everyone is super nice make u feel at home since the start! great location super close to the beach 3 minute walk, the facilities are great there is everything that you might need inside the village, the food is really nice the drinks too, also there mini market very close to the location was really useful if you need to buy something

The private pool (although to be shared with the adjacent room) was the best feature. Food was nice and abundant. The staff was nice. I just wish there was a better vent or a window, other than the room entrance.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, it turns out I got an upgrade to a suite with my own private pool - which was quite nice. And I cannot say enough about how kind, hospitable, and charming the staff was! Everyone I met made me feel like a million bucks and I could not recommend this place more. The WiFi in some areas was spotty and sometimes unusable. Since I was traveling for work, this was an issue sometimes but usually, it just meant I needed to stop and just go spend some time outside by the beautiful pool.

We paid 206$ for two nights breakfast and dinner included but the food was disgusting we only eat one time because the food was very poor quality, also the fruits were disgusting. The room for a 4* was a suite and isn’t good also no shampoo or gel in the toilet and in the pool bar you can’t pay with card and you can ask that they put the bill for the room, the swimming pool was so deep no good for children or for chill

Good breakfast but no Orange juice . The staff was really Nice . An AC wich coule be better All people put at 7 am their towels around the swiming pool , before the breakfast even if it is forbidden …

Deep pool Not enough loungers for people you have to fight for them get up really early in the morning to ocupy them

Staff is very nice,good size swimming pool,quite . You need to get very early if you want to get Sunbeds near the pool,WiFi is bad,property is far away from all entertainment,only few shops,restaurants near by

The service has been genuinely kind and accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious. We feel that we received more than we had payed for :)
