Almost everything. Great location, fantastic views of the see and mountains, fantastic place for a vacation with children. Lots of activities, 4 pools. private and public beaches, food very good and varied, something for everyone, menu changes from day to day at the buffe plus specific restaurants, we tried the Italian one, but views of the lot. We enjoyed ourselves emensly and more so our granddaughters. And the staff: freindly and accommodating. The all inclusive is for real. Small issues: few elements in roomd need renovation, kids club has no air-conditioning or ventilator. A bit of an upgrade there and we would have scored it a 10.

Overall experience in the Out Of the Blue hotel was great - from the moment we've checked in to the check-out. The staff was very nice, responsive and attentive to our questions/needs. Hotel facilities are great, plenty of pool for kids or adults, a lot of activities on site, different restaurant options. The buffet restaurant offered a lot a variety and food options. I can only warmly recommend the hotel.

Excellent staff Good facilities Some rooms definitely need renovation... A/c working only first and last day..closed doors and high/low temperature still didn't work..

The stuff was amazing, the food was awesome, everywhere was clean The room furniture was old, and not modern the AC was not super good either
-
Not a big deal, the food is simple. Yet, you can go out to town & eat outside of you want to.

• Since it was the end of the season and many restaurants were closed, reception always supported us whenever we called. • There were a few issues with the bathroom and sink, but all were resolved quickly after informing reception. • In general, most of the staff were friendly and in a good mood. • There was one older, short-haired lady working in the restaurant who clearly did not seem happy to work or to take any new drink or service requests. • She appeared impatient, wanted to clear the table as quickly as possible, and even took away the children’s plates without asking. • Her constant unpleasant staring made us uncomfortable, and we avoided sitting anywhere near her section. • When we reported this to the restaurant manager, he did not apologize or acknowledge the issue. Instead, he simply suggested that we “continue to smile,” which did not address our concern. • Our expectation was that some action would be taken regarding this staff member’s behavior, but this did not happen.

Everything! The kids enjoyed the pools very much, and the beach, and the welcoming and gentile staff, in the dining room, and everywhere else. We recieved at first a room that didn't mach what we ordered, and when we noticed the reception of this, we got a huge upgrade, which was really generous and testifies of the general attitude of the place. Very recommanded for cosy family vacations.

the best part were the beach and the private pool. we would like more alternatives for breakfast

Everything was excellent! We received a free upgrade to a two bedroom room with a huge balcony and jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the sea. I surely can recommend this all inclusive hotel to all families with small kids!

I want to be true with my review… the resort is really nice in terms of structure. The pools are good we went to three of them and also some rooms have some small private pools… the private beach has gorgeous water (although is not sand, is made of small stones just so all is aware… maybe it matter to some people)… the resort also have options of games room, animation crew for kids for dinner and some entertainment (nothing ordinary)… we got upgraded to a suite sea view and that was lovely… my “but” comes on the food part… nothing so bad, but I will mention this in the other post… other detail is not bad or good but people maybe will like to know… the resort is manly frequented by elderly people (most French).. is not a problem but just FYI Our room was lovely, we are really thankful for the upgrade. But the shower in the room was terrible. It was obstructed and the water was coming out of everywhere, and some of the jets of water were stronger than others almost cutting your skin (I was in room 3717 please confirm what I am saying). I call asking for a fix on the first day, the reception told me they would send someone, but nothing happened. We used the other small duche… the other only thing I need to say is the food.. not sure it qualifies for 5 star hotel…more 4… no bad.. a lot of options, really a lot, but quality lack a bit.. also on the all inclusive option for drink included we’re really bad quality… really worse I saw… and as every all inclusive hotel there is also some other restaurants you can’t go unless you pay extra… from the 6 days we stay only one night dinner really blow my mind, the other ones like 7/10… and the lunch all average…

Half-villa on the beach was the best! Nothing

We loved the location and the fact that it is so huge. Just by walking to all places and pushing up and down the hills the stroller, you were getting in a workout, but in a good way. The food was really, really good, the staff was very attentive, all, from reception housekeeping, restaurant, really all! Room was clean and super comfy!
