Great food, service, and views. Everything was great! May suggest extending pool times and bar times.

View to the sea was great. Buffet was very good, a lot of options to choose from and very delicious. All staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Room cleaning every day. Large parking. Sun beds around the main pool was reserved already in the evening, this was not nice. There are a lot of stairs in the hotel area, could be challenging for persons with walking difficulties.

the food is delicious, the location and view from the window is perfect, the manager of the cafe was very kind to us. All amenities were in the room. We were there for 7 nights and our room was cleaned only 3 times, clean towels were not given, but they solved this situation. I can't say that it spoiled my vacation.

Room was cleaned daily and fresh bottles of water everyday, good location for going to the beach with a free shuttle bus, unfortunately only runs 3 times a day , 10am, 3pm and 6pm, it could do with running at maybe midday aswell. Some staff were nice and some not so much , it was a bit hit and miss Food was ok not much variety, not enough sun loungers for the amount of guests, music during the day was very loud you couldn’t have a conversation with anyone, entertainment was poor and this was mainly due to the lead entertainer Matt, who was very rude and on one occasion stormed off in a strop during the 80’s quiz night, very unprofessional.

Pool area was beautiful, loungers were very comfortable, staff were very friendly and always made the effort to chat to you especially Maria in the bar . She made our stay very enjoyable Sometimes loungers were difficult to get . Food wasn’t very hot

The view is stunning and the staff was very nice and friendly, they always give their best if you are friendly The pool was stacked and everybody reservated their places with towels, the staff should put the towels away every evening. Cause some of the people left their towels on the day bed over night….

Our family holiday was excellent. We always conduct our reviews based on our expectations of the value we paid. The food was as expected, we all could find food to eat and we were satisfied. Drinks were standard for a 4* all inclusive in Greece. The hotel itself is set on a hill side so there are lots of steps to get used to going to and from places (it wouldn’t be suitable for someone with difficulties getting about). Of course, this is why the views from the hotel are amazing. If you’re unfit then go to the beach at the main bay with all the restaurants (take a taxi). The walk back from the closest beach requires very high fitness levels. The pools were clean and the queues at bars weren’t bad at all. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and keen to help (a special mention to Irene on reception). Our room was cleaned daily and we were left water each day. We were lucky enough to have a shared pool just outside our room and this we really made great use of. The views are absolutely stunning from the bar balcony and the beautiful Cretan breeze is a relief in the warm evenings. The usual issue with hotels at peak. The sun-beds were often reserved with towels despite a non reservation rule in place. Unfortunately this is more to do with selfish people than the hotel. If everyone actually took their towels when they went off to the beach or shopping, the rotation would allow space for everyone.

Unbelievable, magnificent view. Absolutely fantastic !! Hotel was spotless and had everything you needed. The room was out of this world, I had a superior double with a sea view and tthe view was magnificent . Food was stunning plenty to choose from all fresh and very tasty. The staff were all amazing. All friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful hotel fantastic experience and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to all.

My partner and me stayed in the junior suite for my birthday weekend (inhabitants of Crete) and it was absolutely gorgeous. Balcony with an astonishing view + very close to the main pool with good sun layers. We made a reservation at the Marea restaurant for my birthday, which we really enjoyed. Together with an amazing saxophone performance, a great hostess/waitress, and a fantastic sea view, the evening as a whole was considered perfect. The food in the buffet was alright, but not the best; often cold, and not many options for vegetarians. Also, although the entertainer in place (Fabio?) did a great job by himself, it was too quiet around the pool and there were not enough activities during the day. All-inclusive drinks are until 23:00.

The view is nice, but that is all This 4 star property is way below standards in terms of security, cleanliness, state of the facilities, service and food quality. It is dangerous for kids: the painting in private pools comes off on their skin, there is waaay too much chlore taking away the colour of the clothes; in some places the property, the protecting glass next to the stairs is missing, kids could fall easily. All is meant to be low cost for the managers, which translates into a disappointing experience overall. Upon arrival, our place was not cleaned, the facilities in the room are very basic, towels in very poor state. Prepare to speak on the phone from the bathroom (only). The buildings that are not central are very average and the atmosphere is spooky. Employees avoid eye contact, they know they cannot be proud of that place. The average review does not prepare you for what you are about to live.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the facilities met all of our needs. The food in particular was varied and delicious! We also hired a car at reception and were able to explore more of the island which was fantastic. Overall, we had a lovely week here and would recommend it to a friend. From our room, we could hear loud kitchen noises in the morning and there was an unpleasant kitchen smell when we walked up to reception. Music playing throughout the day was great but quite distracting when there were sometimes two speakers in close proximity playing different songs!

The view is pretty nice. The room was cleaned every day. This location is not baby friendly, they do not have elevator or ramp, during our vacation I have to carry the baby carriage up and down through the stairs. The rooms are not phonic insulated, I’ve heard every noise from outside. When they had karaoke party it was the most annoying nights. A lot of noise . The food was almost the same during our entire vacation( 7 days). Honestly speaking I expected to find more Greek food.

The view Too many people

The all inclusive was great. Irene on the front desk was amazing and gave us a free upgrade as it was our honeymoon. The lady who works the pool bar during the day was great too. The 2 guys who work the pool bar on an evening were not very friendly
-
The swimming pool was awesome the view was very beautiful The all inclusive buffet has a lot of Pork and kind off and only one type of chicken so if you dont eat pork you will be mostly eating salads all time in all 3 meals.
-
The road to the beach will kill you vacation. The food is 2-3 days old. The loud music until 23-30 in your room.

The breathtaking views from the hotel The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room boasted a fresh and modern renovation The bathroom layout proved to be quite problematic, as each time I took a shower, not only the entire bathroom but also the hallway ended up flooded with water. The all-inclusive dining experience was a bit of a letdown. Most of the food was bland and unappetizing The nearest beach ,Ligaria Beach, was a considerable 600 meters away, involving a descent down a road. The return journey under the scorching sun could be exhausting. Moreover, the entrance to the sea was filled with slippery stones and an abrupt drop, making it unsuitable for families with children
