The room was filthy with dust everywhere, the AC was dripping water inside the room and the air guide was duck taped. The electrical plugs where black from short circuit. The kitchens appliances where discusting to use and the hotel owners where always in irony and trying to convince us that they gave the best room. If this was the best room imagine how the other rooms would be. Please be careful before your stay there!!!

aircon didnt work properly and everytime we went out someone came into our room and opened the windows and i ended up being bitten alive by insects

The position of the apartments was amazing. Within walking distance from all amenities and the beach. I didn’t like The untidiness of the place. There were plastic bags full of bougainvillea leaves on the side of the building that seemed that they were not attended to in a long while. The kitchenette was not that clean. In cupboard there were glasses full of things that were not clean. The sponges seemed to be there for a very long time. There were cobwebs on the walls.

location good firmer bed

location is perfect. 50 meters from the small beach of Agia pelagia. there you will also find restaurants and terraces. supermarket also within walking distance. apartment is basic furnished, but you have everything at your disposal. we were upgraded to an apartment with a sea view. very spacious balcony. owners very friendly. we found the beds very hard, but that is a matter of taste. could have been a little cleaner too.

The host Was very kind and even treated us with home made cake on our artiival. They were all warm and friendly. They immediatelly accmodated all our needs. Even ar one occasion we asked for extra space and understanding our circumstances, they provided extra room without charge . The younger daughter Was extremly helpful calling other agencies , when we had to travel to Chania. She Was extraordinary helpful compared to other agents which I asked beforehand, they couldnt find the answer , she clarified all questions and I Was at ease and relaxed , after she helped and clarified, traveling for site seeing. Other daughter tried everything to find the tour for my friend to travel to Santorini. Unfortunatelly my friend dont know english well and didnt Dare to go alone. Mother Was so dear and provided emotional support for my friend , she and her order daughter were so supportive , like family or therapist, helped her a lot. The whole family treated us eith a kind respect. They changed linenen, provided supplies, and let us gave our privacy. Father was also in to entertain us and listen , give advice for which road to drive, places to see. Wonderful family and our stay was extraordinary good experience. Beach just 2 min, plenty of shops around, parking close.beautiful view of the see from our balcony. I hope they are all well and wish them the best.

Very good

Location was convenient and free car parking is 200 yds away. We had a garden view room at the back which was nice and quiet. BTW - Garden isn't really a garden. Host forgot we were coming and room was not ready for us. This was not good at 11pm on the first day of our holiday. We located (presumably) the parents who did their best and made the bed up with clean sheets but we found the toilet was in a bad mess from previous guest and ended up having to clean it ourselves. .

The location was very nice. This apartment needs a renovation. The facilities weren't that good.

The hosts were very kind, the apartments were close to the beach аnd there were umbrellas and swimming gear provided for use on the beach They lied to us with 200 euros more than the agreed price for the airport-apartment-airport transfer
