Pool was a nice touch but no bar service The common areas were quite dirty, cleaning in the rooms was not up to standards and the breakfast is extremely scarce and boring. No croissants, no scrambled eggs and the cold cuts are of low quality. The hotel is at a good 20 minute (dangerous) walk from the beach so not 600m like it says on website. Smoking on the breakfast terrace should not be allowed. Extremely rude and off-putting when you are eating. Please consider putting up no smoking signs as some guests are just inconsiderate.

Incredibly friendly people, very communicative and helpful. The cleaning crew took care of the rooms. If you had any questions, they provided immediate help. Cleaning is done every other day with a change of towels. The swimming pool is well-kept. [This is a good option for lazy people who don't feel like going to the beach. :-)] For older people, I recommend renting a scooter or a car to get to the center. Of course, for young and healthy people, I recommend walking. It's good for your legs and well-being after a good dinner. As for breakfast, it was the same every day. Very monotonous. Fresh, tasty, but eating the same meal for more than a week is simply boring. I would suggest changing something in this matter, because it will certainly contribute to the already great place this hotel is.

The pool was fantastic also the view from the balcony and the breakfast was nice The bed wasn't very comfortable but ok :)

Such a hidden gem! The view is spectacular, the staff are really accomodating and friendly, we had an issue with our car rental with another company and the hotel quickly saved the day and organised a rental through them for immediate pick up! The location is brilliant and I could not recommend this hotel more! It’s beautiful, such good value for money! It was all perfect

Breakfast was included, which was practical Nice view from the terrace Friendly reception from the owner upon arrival The shower is extremely cramped and it's impossible not to wet the floor Only one functional power outlet in the room (actually 2, if you count the one sticking entirely out of the wall, but which worked nonetheless) The red bed cover had stains on it Other guests (groups of young people) were very noisy until late into the night (not the owner's fault, of course, but still an issue) Overpriced drinks at the bar (6 Euros for a shot of kumquat liqueur with ice seems exaggerated)

The breakfast was the same every day and very limited options. The Hotel is in need of total re-furbishment. It is like stepping back in time. It is located up a hill out of Ipsos and as we did not have transport was quite a lengthy walk to the beach and even worse on the way back up and many steps to reach our room. We did have a balcony with furniture but you had to stand up to appreciate the beautiful view as the wall was too high to see when seated. The shower only had a curtain enclosure so everytime you took a shower the bathroom floor was flooded. There is only one socket in the room and the hotel hairdryer is plugged into that. The pool bar wasn't open at all and I didn't see anyone at the hotel bar either.
