For a Radisson hotel, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The towels had an unpleasant smell and didn’t look very clean. In the buffet area, one of the staff members from the kitchen approached us asking for a tip, and we were asked for tips twice during or stay. This made the experience uncomfortable and definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this brand.

When we checked in there were some leakages in the bathroom and refills for toiletries weren't there but it was addressed on priority by the staff.

The room was spacious, the beds big, the water in the shower hot. The staff was efficient all over. Breakfast had a lot of options for locals, but very few for occidental taste.

This is overrated property. reception staff is bad. When requested blanket for my driver, they wanted to hold onto driver license until morning. Imagine you spend 15000 and staff cannot even provide blankets and need license for the purpose. Requested for extra bed and never heard back. Cups and glasses in room were dirty.

Great location, food and service. Theres lots of things on at lobby level for guests which is nice. Definitely a family friendly hotel! Not far from Taj, restaurants, ATM's.

The staff is cordial. I had taken Taj View Room and in winter suggest no one should book this category and pay more as due to fog can never see The Taj

There was a view of the Taj Mahal from the room, although heavy smog significantly reduced visibility. There was a strong smell of gasoline or diesel in the hotel and in the room. It may have come from the cleaning products, but this is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast selection was very limited for European guests. We had hoped that an international hotel chain would at least meet certain standards, but we were completely disappointed. The prices are comparable to European high-end hotels, but the standard does not match at all. This imbalance is especially frustrating. Glass bottles of water were provided in the room, but we were charged extra if we wanted “premium” water from a Himalayan source, which is hard to justify at this price level. The noise level was extremely high. From around 8 a.m., housekeeping staff made a lot of noise in the corridors, pushing equipment and carts against the walls. During the night, cutlery was frequently dropped in the hallway, causing very loud disturbances. In addition, there is a rooftop bar in the building, making it almost impossible to fall asleep before 11 p.m. The staff’s English skills were very limited. Only the front desk staff spoke some English.

We stayed there for a night with a view of Taj Mahal. The rooftop restaurant was good. The breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended for travelers.
