The taj vista Agra

I really liked the location it’s superb and within walking distance of the Taj Mahal, which makes logistics very easy. The property is clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the rooms are a good size with a nice view. Even though my room didn’t have a balcony, the large window made the room feel open (not claustrophobic at all). Warm water was reliable, and overall it felt like very good value for the price given the location. The main downside is that this is a strictly vegetarian hotel, including breakfast there are no eggs or any non-vegetarian options. That’s a big detail for many travelers and should be communicated more clearly in advance so guests aren’t surprised. Also, if you’re coming from Europe, you may need your own adapter/extension because the plug types can be different, and the extension provided to me didn’t work properly.

The Taj Vista was wonderful! It was clean and comfortable, but what really made it special was the staff. Ramesh and his son were gracious hosts who made our trip very memorable. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Agra.

Location. Ambience

We stayed at Taj Vista Agra for one night and the experience was truly exceptional. The location is very good and perfect for visiting the Taj Mahal early in the morning, which made our trip even more special. The staff were absolutely awesome—very courteous, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention to the owner Anil, who personally met us and spent almost 30 minutes chatting with us. We had a lovely conversation around food and local insights, which made the stay feel very personal and memorable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Anil’s father, and both of them genuinely went out of their way to check on us and ensure everything was comfortable and perfect. This place offers not just a stay, but heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra—we would definitely choose Taj Vista again!

Great place. Nice room and clean

Wonderful staff and service ensuring everything is well taken care of. Several food and resturants options are right outside. Room is exceptional big and comfortable. Highly recommended if you are coming to Agra!!!

Beautiful place but they use air fresheners that have incredibly strong smells. We found the ones in the bedroom and unplugged them, but couldn’t find the one in the living room. Even after asking for help, nothing was done. And the last day there was no hot water, unfortunately. It was not easy to take an ice-cold shower in the winter.

The owner chatted with us and was very kind! The room felt clean. We visited from the U.S. and this was probably one of our favorites. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price, but that’s okay.

Food and room

It's near to the Taj. It's near to restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The price was very good. The bathroom wasn't great. The room was very old. I saw black stains on the chair. The porter walked into the bathroom with shoes on. I also didn't like that I was told payment is anytime on the first day but I wasn't allowed to go for my tour the next day unless I paid because I might run away... They should have just asked me to pay immediately on the first day.

We came to Agra for the Taj Mahal. We saw this place nearby and are very happy that we chose to stay here. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Taj Mahal. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It really made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra! Nothing

Too noisy staff no house keeping and when they do clean other rooms they are noisy didn’t bother to clean my room, they offered me a cap driver to pick from train station horrable experience the driver broke my suite case, breakfast horrible didn’t bother to offer me any coffee or tea I couldn’t wait to get out of this place

Very well located , walking distance from Taj Mahal . Everything was very clean , good bathrooms and good elevator. Everything’s was very good

Ramesh and his son Anil are very good hosts. They help us for all our transportation. They are very attentive to any questions we had ,regarding the rest of our trips. I will recommend warmly travelers to use their quiet and clean hotel which is very close to the Taj Mahal. The coffee in the morning is just "nescafe: but they order a new machine...

AC needs to have better cooling. We didnt have food, so cannot comment on that.

Location very close to the Taj Mahal, shops and eateries. Excellent staff and service. Comfortable and clean rooms. Though somewhat limited in choices, a good local breakfast selection from a buffet style setting.
