The staff is friendly. The room was extremely small for the price paid. It was in no way similar to the picture they had put up on the website. There was the owner's daughter's engagement on the day of our stay, so we weren't even allowed to upgrade our rooms even though we were ready to pay. There was loud music playing in the night from the function.

Location is decent. Breakfast was good. Dirty. The toilet was covered in feces when I arrived and when I requested that it be cleaned they just rinsed it down with water--no cleaning chemicals. It made me question the cleanliness of the entire room/hotel, which already looked a bit dirty to begin with. This hotel may have high ratings, but it's no where near the quality of a standard, major hotel chain.
