The breakfast was only veg and i didnt enjoy it The shower in our room was not working properly and we had to ask for soaps and shampoos other than that everything was good i That the shower was not working properly and no hot water

Breakfast was satisfactory as there are limited options. Location was fine. Room conditions was not good. Door handles were damaged. Door was not closing smoothly. Toilet cistern was not working. Bathroom tap was leakage. Staff service was very poor.

Only the staff was good Pathetic, disgusting rooms. The doors were not getting locked properly, the rooms were flooded after rain, there was no proper hot water, the rooms were smelly. There was no electricity for 2 hours. No soaps provided. It was a bad experience.

This was the most pathetic experience of my stay in any hotel in my entire life..many of the facilities were not working...the staff was just careless about everything...I complained numerous times but it was not fixed....no hot water in bathroom, towels not available, house keeping not done, no water bottles kept in room despite telling everyday, the walls of the room were dampen and dirty, there was paan spitting on the wall (it was not cleaned even we complained many times), bathroom water spilling outside to the room....very very disappointing experience I did not like anything there

Morning breakfast was OK. The staff always ask for money. Very pathetic service. Will never visit again. Booking.com should block these kind of hotels.But they never clean the room and room service was pathetic.

Nothing actually...only AC was working okay The service was very poor, really bad. Lot of things including Geyser, TV etc was not working..we complained many times but it was not fixed. There were no towels replaced in the room...everything we had to ask the staff...there was no proactiveness from anyone for the housekeeping...shower flow was also very bad...very bad experience overall...the staff was least bothered to address the issues although they kept saying they will fix the issues but they did not
