-They doing fraud and giving room with no facilities and too bad. Even not hot water kettle and no water for drink as complementary. -Duty manager and staff us so bad and rude and not ready to help for providing hot water for drinking or kettle. -Room and furniture are too too old and bad. -Toilets are too dirty and water stay and stuck in toilet floor for long time. -Room is too old and bad compare to shown in booking.com

I liked the prompt and courteous service. We visited taj twice during our night stay both during sunrise and sunset.

I liked the food and traditional Ambience. The staff was courteous and anticipated all my needs. They guided me well for the sightseeing and I appreciate their helpful nature. The rooms are newly renovated and best part was an upgrade. I just had to pay 1500 more to upgrade on the luxury category room. Excellent stay!

Staff were so lovely and the breakfast was amazing- lots of North Indian options. Really good shower pressure but we couldn’t work our the hot water!

The restaurant food doesn't cater for foreigners. Education needed on preparing and presenting western food ie. The breakfast has very little to choose from.You don't cook a couple of pieces of toast, and leave them out to go cold. Leave the toaster.

It's a nice place to stay in Agra. The rooms are big and the facility is well-furnished. It's a great asset if you spend one or two nights there. The reception staff is professional and takes the time to answer your questions. There are some shops, cafe and small businesses around the hotel, so you can find everything to eat in a 50m radius. The hotel is far from the attractions in Agra so you will need a tuk-tuk or a taxi to move around. Around the hotel there are mosquitoes, but it was fine in the hotel itself. The WiFi was not great: no WiFi in the upper floors, and the WiFi stopped working when I was in the reception so the staff shared the connection from their own phone. As usual in India, taxes are not indicated in the price from Booking and you will have to pay a little more.

I must say it's worth staying here.... Such an economical price with friendly staff... The room size is good ... Ambience is good... Will see you team... And thank you Mr. Karan for the lovely service culture... Kudos to the team...
