Centrally located with easy access. God sized rooms and good choice of food Front office staffs are pathetic and horrible especially shabiya, horrible to the core. Any one in hospitality industry will lose there entire name coz of some irresponsible staffs.

Great stay at the Howard Plaza The Fern in Agra. Amazing location, very close to Taj Mahal. We really liked the rooftop bar/restaurant - great food and loved to be able to enjoy it in the terrace. Recommended!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The rooftop bar was fabulous and restaurant food was the best. The decor was a bit dated but clean

✔️ The Qairo rooftop bar was excellent, with a great ambiance. ✔️ Rooms were clean and well-maintained. ❌ Harassment by staff: Kept asking us repeatedly to submit room keys before checkout, even knocking on our door and calling us during breakfast. ❌ Cockroach in breakfast: Shockingly poor hygiene standards. (See attached photo.) ❌ No basic services: No Coke available—we were told to order it online. No sealed mineral water—only unlabelled bottles provided. ❌ No compensation or accountability: Management apologized but did nothing to fix our experience.

Everything was perfect. The staff were so helpful and top service at the fabulous restaurant. The food was the best so far in India this trip. Highly rated and definitely recommend staying here

Older style hotel with excellent staff. Close to the Taj.Food was OK, but good value. Overall I would say, don't expect the world, but you will get value for your money. No tissues, TV very limited.

Location The hotel seems to have pulled out too much money and are now depending of cannibalization to keep going. While they are doing good business, their reinvestment into the property and services like breakfast is too low.

The only saving grace was the travel counter. Mr. Akhil was very helpful, and arranged our trip in Agra properly. His guidance was very helpful. The guide suggested by him was also very good. The pictures do not match the actual room. The pictures are when the hotel had opened. The rooms were dated and old and musty. The bed linen was old. The towels looked like they have not been changed since the hotel opened. The staff was disinterested. The lighting in the room was inadequate and was dim even with all lights on. The bathrooms were also dated and cramped.
