Nice location, very clean room, clean towels and sheets. Was asked to show OIC card for Kids who are of American citizen. No where in the reservation this was mentioned. We did not carry them.

Staff were very friendly, great breakfast and good location, value for money. We had a driver to take us around; the East Gate metro is under construction so traffic is a bit hectic now but once it is completed this location is very very convenient and feels safe.

the room is so spacious and modern. Clean. It is located in the main centre but u still need the tuktuk to get anywhere. Everything is perfect! I love the breakfast. Nothing.

Lovely clean big room. The bed was one of those that you sink into.Very comfortable bed. Got treated very, very well by the staff including security on the door who were also very pleasant. The hotel has a lovely pool and we especially liked it when the sun went down and the outdoor lights come on over the pool. Got welcomed with complimentary fruit juice. A massive win, was that the car beeping and dog barks you normally hear in India didn't happen at this hotel allowing for a good night's sleep. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would honestly recommend it and if we ever came back to Agra would certainly choose this hotel again.
