Location is good and staff is very accommodative and responsive.

More than stay it is designed for staycation as there are activities arranged at the centre itself which engages kids and families. Not interested in nitpicking as small issues that I faced were addressed by the staff.

Excellent stay

We had a truly wonderful stay at Trident Agra. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The rooms were neat, clean, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast — the variety and quality were excellent. A special mention to the tea counter near the swimming pool, which was such a thoughtful and unique touch. It truly added to the overall experience and became a key highlight of our stay. Thank you once again to the entire Trident Agra staff for your outstanding hospitality. The property is beautiful, and the staff was courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. As a small suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience, especially for families, introducing a dedicated kids’ counter or a few more child-friendly breakfast options would be a wonderful addition. It would make dining more engaging and convenient for guests traveling with children. Additionally, during the off-season, offering a complimentary welcome drink or a limited beverage coupon could serve as a thoughtful gesture to delight guests and create an even more memorable experience. Such value-added touches can also help strengthen guest satisfaction and loyalty during lean travel periods. Thank you once again for the warm hospitality. This was such an easy, happy landing spot for our brief stay in Agra. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a great value. Also, if you have children with you, this is very family friendly. We didn’t, but enjoyed the vibe. Clean and fresh interior design and landscaping. Nice pool. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms.

Everything ?

Loved the location cos almost everything was within walking distance and/ or easily accessible via Uber. It's around 10 mins from the East gate of Taj Mahal, making it very convenient. The staff and their hospitality was impeccable- polite, friendly and very accommodating. There was a minor incident where they mistakenly knocked at our door to enquire if the TV was working (whereas we had not complained, it was a mix up). At least 3 separate people apologized and ensured we were not angry (which we weren't of course) but this extra care made things very pleasant. The property is beautiful and typical of Trident architecture- sprawling, low rise and very open. The room was spacious and very comfortable for 2 people. Definitely recommended! The only meal we had was breakfast so can't comment on the food quality. A buffet hardly does justice to the chef's culinary skills :)

Beautiful property with clean, modern rooms. The kids club and pool were exceptionally well done. The staff were very helpful and it’s 10 minutes from the Taj. Nothing- loved it.

Dinner, breakfast and pool

The hotel is truly beautifully designed — pure vacation vibes. The pool is definitely the heart of the property, and it’s a great place to relax. The rooms are well equipped, and everything was very, very clean during our stay. Overall, it’s a real feel-good place for couples as well as families. A special shout-out to the staff: everyone was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely trying their best. The service sometimes felt like an “American-style script” — a lot of talking, but not much clear, practical information. As a guest, it became tiring to listen to it all, and the check-in process took far too long. The food at the hotel restaurant was mixed as well. The Indian dishes felt overpriced and the naan bread was very dry. The Italian pasta, however, was authentic and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat the mousse au chocolat, as it was nothing like what it should be in taste and texture.

Cleanliness and welcoming staff

The pool was not temperature-controlled, so of no use in winters. Corridor carpets were average in quality and cleanliness.

We had a great stay. Staff couldn't be nicer, there's a great breakfast buffet, and the hotel is very well-kept. It was also great value for money. Prices at the restaurant are a bit high. 750 for a small beer is too much. Highest price paid in India.

Beautiful indoors and outdoors with a convenient location

Everything was perfect. A guy name Mishra who works in the restaurant exceed our expectation level and was very friendly and professional.

Great environment. Nice staff. The window of the room was not possible to open.
