Walking-distance from Taj Mahal. Staff was friendly and they offered great service. The bathroom lacked ventilation.

Everything was good in that price room was neat clean things were properly working location is best if you want a quick tour of Taj mahal after a check in 500 m away from hotel hotel staff was good welcoming with a drink They must have a quick backup if electricity cut off its happened thrice a day where the electricity got cut off I need to connect them to know how long would it be taken they must have a quick backup rest of the things were excellent ?

The room was very nice, clean and luxurious. Lot's of privacy and no noise at all coming from outside. The rooftop restaurant on top of the once downstairs was a treat. Especially the little balcony on the most top part of the hotel, with a view on the Taj Mahal was a great spot to work in the morning. It's just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Lot's of restaurants and shops around if you want to eat out. There is an English restaurant right next to the hotel if you prefer a more western diet.

Location: 500m from Taj Mahal and lots of restaurants around. Area felt safe(r) than others. Had dinner at the Old England Countryside restaurant next door (part of the hotel). Food was fine. Rooftop: amazing views of the Taj with a great rooftop for a sunset view and beer. Also has a pool. Room: no view, but was clean and spacious. They provide towels and bath gel & shampoo. Breakfast: nothing special but fills a hole. Noise: I could hear every noise in the corridor and when people opened or closed their doors. At 11pm there was some sort of party on the roof just above me and the bass was so intense that there was no way I could sleep. It felt like I was at the party myself. When I asked reception what it was and to turn it down, they did get the to turn it down quickly, but there was still some bass coming through. Eventually it stopped at around midnight.

Location is great, but that’s their only selling point We were told that they were having issues with the card payments, just to ask more money than the hotels rate for the breakfast. We noticed at the end when we saw someone else arrive and they payed by card the stay by card

Linens were poor quality, a bit scratchy. Hard to keep bathroom clean bc there’s no door on the shower or shower curtain so water kind of just gets everywhere then it’s very slippery

Internet was broken during our stay. Room is moldy and in the basement. Rooms are not clean. They have a no outside food policy but only serve food for breakfast. Only redeeming qualities of this hotel are nice location in proximity to Taj Mahal and the rooftop space is nice.
