Location AC not working properly. Sanitaryware were not working. Bathroom locks are defective. There was complimentary breakfast in buffet. But, the containers were empty. Worst hotel.

Nothing. They cancelled our booking at the last minute after getting a booking confirmation. Had to reschedule our whole itinerary.

There were no proper sign boards for the hotels and need to call the reception to get directions

The manager behaviour was very bad. They said break fast was complementary but when bill came they have charged for it, and it was too much. When we asked this to manager he was behaving very rudely.

Staff and rooms were really good. The room was cleaned. Location was also good as Taj Mahal was only 5-8 min from this hotel. Breakfast options and taste was not that good .
