It's in 4th floor..need to depend on lift only..in local drivers finding difficult even after showing visiting card.many autos don't know how to enable location

It had accommodated many western amenities in comparison to the rest of the town. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the bottled water that was provided every day. They were very accommodating with our delayed arrival given that our train had a 3h30 delay. We had 4 rooms and they were a bit inconsistent in what they had in them. The TVs were not usable which was not an issue in our case. One of them didn't have any windows. The traffic noise is very noticeable.

The hotel is well located in a main road. Very accessible by car and at a walking distance from Taj Mahal. Although the surroundings may seem a bit strange to a foreign eye, I felt very safe and people are friendly on the way. The room and bathroom were acceptably clean and spacious. We have hot shower and they also provide toiletries and water bottles. The bed was comfy and the room was very silent. The hotel is on the 4th floor but they have lift. The breakfast is simple but sufficient and they also serve food at reasonable prices. At the end they kept my luggage after checkout, so I recommend this place. The WiFi connection may get unstable inside de room sometimes, but works well in the common areas.

One of the biggest highlights of Hotel Crystal is its prime location near iconic monuments. Staying here made sightseeing incredibly convenient I could easily visit the breathtaking Taj Mahal the historic Red Fort and other famous monuments nearby Being so close to these world-renowned landmarks added a magical touch to the entire experience

Excellent location. The rooms are spacious, and the property has an on-site restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is right off the main road, making it easy to access. The facility is older, and while it is clean, some amenities show signs of age—towels are worn, pillows could be replaced.

friendly and helping staff, location was perfect near tajmahal, clean and specious rooms, view of taj mahal from roof was more attractive, we had spent good time here, and also we feel very safe and comfortable highly recommend this hotel...???
