Clean room with comfy beds, fridge and kettle. Well set out bathroom with nice shower and facilities. Lovely breakfast over at sister hotel across the road. When the power went out (due to strong winds) during our stay, staff were quick to get it back on. Hotel owner also very helpful. Unfortunately, another guest had left a tap running when checking out, and we also ran out of water. Steep steps up to the rooms would not suit those less mobile. There was also an aggressive monkey trying to get in the door off the balcony, and although I realised later that he wouldn't be able to push open the door far enough to get in, it was a little scary for a moment!

Perfect position, easy to reach from the train station, walking distance from Taj Mahal, metro to the Fort (5 min) Perfectly clean, silent, good restaurant, perfect breakfast

We were recommended this hotel by two travelers we met in Jaipur who had stayed here during their Agra visit. We received a free upgrade to the suite room, and found it really comfortable and clean. The manager, Arsh, was so welcoming and kind and even gave us a full guided tour of the Taj Mahal at sunrise! We had our laundry done (prices were fair), and the owner of the Maya Hotel (sister hotel across the street) arranged a to-go breakfast and tuk-tuk ride for us for our early morning train to Varanasi. Everyone was incredibly warm and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for seeing the Taj Mahal and other sites, and the restaurant across the street was a huge bonus: they have a great breakfast and a solid dinner menu as well. There were mosquitos in the room and even with the plug-in repellent provided we got a lot of bites! The bathroom can get a bit stinky when the hot water heater is on, which we have encountered at other hotels so may just be an unavoidable thing. Other than that, everything was great!

This newly renovated property is lovely and very convenient to the Taj Mahal. They also have an excellent restaurant just across the street at which we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. The property owner and all of the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We were grateful for all of their help and recommendations!

Sound from reception and other rooms travels due to poor sound insulation, so a sound proof door without glass on top would be good. Staff needs to be aware of this and keep its noise (talk, music, work) down in the evening and make sure that all guests respect other guests' privacy.

After a long day of travel we had a very warm welcome and enjoyed a very nice room. It is very close to the Taj Mahal, and the staff was extremely helpfull. I would reccomend it to all types of travelers. Gulfam was a very nice host, we appreciate the hospitality.

The bathroom is neat and spotless, fully equipped with all modern amenities. Hot water is available 24/7—you just need to turn it on. A hair dryer, shaving kit, towels, hand towels, shampoo, moisturizer, and soap are all provided. For this reason, I would love to stay here again. The staff is super friendly, and the food is wholesome and nutritious. This place is perfect for travelers, couples as well as solo travelers over families, friends, and classmates. The location is excellent just a few minutes walk from the Taj Mahal... Nothing

Made reservations for 2 rooms. I booked a suite and it was not going to be available until 10:30pm (!). I had to stay in a very awkward bunk bed room instead.

They were good communications and owner was friendly making for a personal experience. Also good location and restaurant had nice ambiance, mural art and above street patio under a bodhi tree. Also connected me with tuktuk driver Ali who showed me around Agra and made for a fun extra unplanned day when I missed my train. Secure, comfortable, would definitely stay again. Also locates just outside westgate main entrance to Taj Mahal. For the price, you just cant beat it.

Good restaurant. I did not get the room I booked a month in advance. There are few different managers and two (Maya and Ray of Maya) hotels under their management. It was a mess. So I booked a suite with renovated bathroom and ended up in dirty small double room with stinky bathroom ( they gave me a discount though).
