comfortable, spacious room , very clean, spacious bathroom, cozy beds and mattress (even the sofa bed). The location was not very nice but though we were during a road trip it was convenient. stayed on the first floor , no city view (as mentioned in room description), in the morning we could hear and see guests having breakfast. We could not open the curtains because people could see directly inside our main room. Not a variety of products in breakfast and the stuff could not speak English so it as hard for us to communicate.

I loved how spacious the room was, and the best part was being able to check out before 12 pm — such a nice comfort!

It’s nice and clean , its location was very good for us as we had to go in morning to Tutto food exhibition and come back in the evening from central Milan. So it was closed to all destinations The breakfast wasn’t well prepared for Muslims guests , most of the items were from pork , I had to eat only egg for the entire stay of 6 nights. The air conditioning system wasn’t cold I expect it won’t work properly in the summer as now the weather was chilly

The hotel is like new, the room is spacious, modern, clean, and practical…the staff is friendly and accommodating…breakfast is excellent…all my recommendations from my side, we will definitely come again! Everything was OK!

We were not able to reach our destination due to several traffic-jams so we had to book this on our way to other city a few hours before our arrival. We called before to ask if they had family rooms, and they were super kind. They recommended that in the booking we had to leave a note, saying that we wanted 2 bedrooms connected (with a door) as we have children. They confirmed via Booking super quickly and when we arrived we loved really loved this option of the 2 bedrooms connected. Super modern, new hotel, clean. We only used it to sleep, unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the rest of the facilities.

Everything is outdated and unclean, the staff is not focused on fast service, there is a lot of noise heard in the room, and the room temperature cannot be adjusted. Free parking There was a problem with the Central heating, generally the hotel was very very hot. We slept window open where outside temperature was 3C.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but very basic. More Ibis than Mercure. Location, nothing but offices arround.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. A bit far from the center but if you have a car it’s not a problem
