Euro Hotel Residence

Staff were very friendly and helpful, cooperative and supportive. Clean, spacious property, immediately opposite to bus station/stop for easy access to public transportation, next to Aldi supermarket, near to the center of Monza Breakfast need to be diversified, room and bathroom locks were not working

- the underground closed parking - breakfast was decent - the location (close to nothing, far from the highway, far from from the airport, far from Milano or Monza, nothing around worth seeing) - uncomfortable beds and pillows - the state of the room: scratched walls, scratched floors, damaged couch, sink full of calcare stains, very old shower with doors that do not close properly, smelly corridor - the AC would continuously turn on and off making noise (impossible to sleep)- but it was during summer so impossible to breath without it - from our room we had view on the parking entrance (not very pretty to see) - there were unidentifiable dark red stains on the curtains and on the bedsheets. It felt like the room was unclean (but cleanness was actually pretty ok) We were extremely disappointed! Following the reviews, we opted for this hotel instead of another one. This will never happen again because we will never return to this hotel (even if we travel in the area very often)! We do not recommend this place.

Great price, good a/c during the hot days, and great breakfast included. Friendly and helpful front desk ladies! The location makes it a little difficult if you don't have a car and need to rely on the buses.

The room had no air conditioning on and baked hot in the afternoon sun till it was almost unbearable.

A little remote to visit Milan. Takes about 15 minutes with the car to the next metro station, then about 30 minutes with the metro to the city center.

It is relatively cheap and breakfast is included. Our bed sheet was dirty, although replaced based on request, left not a nice impression… overall , the room was not well cleaned.

Great air conditioning in rooms. The location is acceptable only if you travel by car otherwise not. By car it's half an hour to Milan city center and 1 hour to Como. The corridors smell somewhat like detergent or something.

Great service, huge room(s), lovely breakfast, very clean Bathroom needed some maintenance- Shower wasn’t sealed round the bottom so the bathroom floor flooded every time it was used and the sink was wobbly

The location and price The hotel has two parts. We stayed in the “residence part”. That part of the hotel isn’t as well maintained and clean as the hotel may be.

The bed was not comfortable.

The property is on a good location, about 25 minutes from the center of Milan, it has a free parking. We really liked the breakfast (variety of all kind of sweet and salty food), they have also vegan options like coconut yogurt and different plant milks.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Overall, the location is very good for travelers by car. Free convenient parking is available in the private territory near the roadway. Good value for money, quite a variety of hearty breakfasts, rooms with comfortable beds, kettle, mini-bar, slippers and everything you need. Helpful and friendly staff. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (though not cheap) and a McDonald's nearby. By car, you can easily reach the nearest metro station in 10 minutes, park your car there and take the metro to the center of Milan - very convenient. This time, despite the fact that we stayed in the room as a couple, we were offered only one pair of slippers and one bottle of water as a compliment) In addition, the room was quite cool, despite the fact that we increased the temperature on the remote control considerably.
