Excelente staff The room 304 doesn’t have a safety box and refrigerator. It was the only issue.

Location is excellent. There was a foul smell in the hallway the first couple of days during our stay. We also did not have access to a fridge in our room

Located short drive from airport, Rooms and beds super comfortable, restaurant, bar and coffee lounch on property. Other good outside restaurant walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cannot think of anything negative about my stay there, would definitely stay there again.

not a lot of variety in the continental breakfast. The bell boys(men) were absolutely helpful. They were very nice and knew a lot of information about the city. My AC was broken, shower was broken, phone was broken. I paid for VIP status on the 3rd floor to receive all of the perks that it included and was moved to the 2nd floor away from the lounge snacks that I paid for. Very inconvenient. Bar staff was very slow and never asked for our room number to apply our discount. Seemed very shady!
