Excellent location. All good overall.

The reception and staff were very friendly. Always willing to answer your questions. If you are visiting during the fair, the location is perfect. The breakfast is delicious. The elevator is small; several people cannot go up at the same time.

The windows don't do a good job of keeping sound out. There's a bar/club next door. But it was to be expected as the Feria de San Marcos was going on. The breakfast was disappointing. There was a six legged guest crawling where the food was being served.

Good parking underneath the hotel The water in the bathroom was cold. Other than a very average breakfast the hotel offered no food beyond a vending machine. The room was extremely small for two beds

Close by the fair Toilet didn’t work very well. We found some roaches in our room.

It was a little too far from down town. To get in the room with your luggage have to closed the door . And the other person has to wait outside

Nice clean facility with a great location. The elevators didn't work well with the pass key. There was a night club nearby that blasted their music until 3am. The hotel booked in large bus groups and the restaurant was big enough to handle it. We left the hotel to find a breakfast restaurant.

By te second night felt something rare on bed and as I check out there was a worm on bed white sheets that made me unsecured and not hygienic.

The view is spectacular Rooms are really small and not really comfortable.

The location is good. The loby smelled like eggs, my room was very small, it was dirty under the beds, there wasn´t natural ventilation, the air-conditioning emitted dust and made us (my family) cough.
