-Great location -Excellent Bed I rented a room (which was nothing like in the pictures) for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) My wife and I decided to rent the room for an extra night (Monday). We left the hotel at 10 am on monday to visit some family during the day, and we went back to the hotel around 5 or 6 pm. a series of things happened that made our stay really questioned if this was made on purpose or was just a misunderstanding. 1- When we arrived to the hotel our key did not open the gate to the underground parking lot. 2- We get to the front desk to ask why were our keys not working, front desk lady told us that their system was down and had a problem with all the keys in the hotel (really all the keys??) 3- Hotel personnel had to scan his badge in the elevator so we could get to our room and open our room too since our keys were not working. 4- Front desk told us to keep our keys with us and when the system was back up again they would bring us new ones to our room (we never received any new keys) 5- We could not use the internet any more once we got to our room. 6- I had to look up the hotel's phone number on google with my cellphone and call the front desk from my cellphone because the phones (2) in our room did not have tone. 7- The reason why I had to look up for the hotel's phone number on Google and call the front desk from my cellphone was because we wanted to take a shower but room service only left 1 towel to use in the bathroom. We couldn't use the phones in the room, we couldn't use our keys, we couldn't use the elevators so we can go out and have dinner because our keys were not working, we couldn't use the internet in our room. LAST DAY WAS JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

Needed towels & called to the lobby,Gretel hangup the phone on us saying that I was screaming to her for towels(which was not true,my family is witness I didnt).My husband stays frequently @ this hotel, first time we have this uncomfortable issue.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly, overall great service. Our waiter wasn't too clear on what to recommend on the menu or on drink selection. It would be a great idea for the company if they have their own staff try food & drinks from the hotel.

Bad luck, the pool was having maintenance and we couldn’t get in it. It was one of the amenities we chose the hotel for and in 2 days it was not possible to use.

Room was comfortable, but the food in restaurant was terrible. I'm an international traveller and booked the hotel due to on site restaurant facilities. How disappointing. I will NOT be recommending the hotel because of this. The restaurant food was awful.., not up to Hilton standard. I booked the hotel because you had a restaurant on site. I will not be staying or recommending the hotel.
