The staff was very friendly and accommodating Beds could be a little more comfortable and also have fridges in the smaller rooms

Love this place and definitely will be back Everything was great ?

Location and staff were great! There was a problem with hot water in the room, after maintenance turned on the heaters it was resolved 20mins after. Also, pool water temperature was freezing, hard to stay in for a while, it was also not so clean on some corners. Jacuzzi is always busy (you have to reserve in advance) so there was no way to use it for one-day stay (hotel was not even crowded)

Staff was extremely kind

It is close to the mall N/A

The garden and pool is just very beautiful. The workers are very friendly. The hotel is a bit old - but it is clean.

The staff were friendly and excellent. The entire property is extremely out dated. The carpeted hallways look dirty. There were mosquitoes everywhere…including the rooms. The food was passable, but nothing was really great and I ate there several days to hopefully find something redeemable. Not easy to get to your room if you’re in the 400’s. You have to walk the entire length of the hotel because cutting through the pool area means you’re walking through people’s patio since there is no other path to walk on.

We loved the location and the outdoor area. Has a very nice pool and wonderful gardens. I highly recommend to come with enough time to enjoy the pool area. There is enough free parking at site and . Bell boys and receptionists are very kind. The rooms are standard and basic: bed, shower (no bath), closet, tv, desk . Extra points for garden view. We really appreciate the 100% free smoke hotel . The soap given as amenity is amazing, nice smell and texture. The vibe is like going back to the 70s on family resort. It was very nice to see many families enjoying the pool and having a good time Bed linens are too basic. sheet are standard but no cover on bed. Just another sheet. I believe that having thicket covers makes the rooms and sleep more cozy. Pillows are so low quality, small and not hotel standard. There were so many mosquitoes everywhere. We had to rush opening the main door all the time and mosquitoes would come in any how, and we could not open the garden view glass door because is mosquitoes. There is a very nice jacuzzi onsite but it's only to be used one hour per guest and you have to book the time upfront and if you want to use it more time, you have to pay $200 pesos . I asked for my invoice at check out, and they denied a printed copy, the lady in front desk said she would mail it to me, but still I have not received it. I also asked for my tax invoice for the pool food consumption AND they deny me the invoice because it was the last day of the month. I had a pool bar bill pending from the day on the pool, they had my room number and all, and like other hotel I expected to be added to my check out bill, but guess what? They called me at 23:00 hours to go to the restaurant and pay my bill. Of course I told them that I was not going to dress up and go pay, but I would gladly stop by next day before my check out. And guess what ? They knocked on my door at 7:30am to ask me to pay the pool bar bill. I believe that the hotel administration it's a bit confused between providing a one star hotel and a five star hotel. They use what ever works better from each category to their own convenience.

Superb

Location is really good and there is big shopping mall near the hotel and hotel itself is quiet and clean. Another good point is the garden inside the hotel and pool, and they provide comfortable atmosphere during the stay. Room number is something different from other hotels, because, though there are only 2floors, room number was starting 4.

Very nice hotel! Clean, staff was very courteous and friendly. I was there with my 2 yr old and my husband. My other option was to stay at the Marriott but it was almost double the price than Hotel las trojes, definitely a great deal. Good prices and the hotel is very nice. The restaurant was great, loved the breakfast buffet! Would definitely recommend. Across the street is a shopping mall and lots of good restaurants, great location.

I liked the location, nice swimming pool, fantastic traditional Mexican breakfast (attracting lots of locals as well, and that's always a good sign), friendly staff, comfortable bed. The 70s design gives it lots of charm. The room service is so thorough, that if you don't specify, they will change sheets and towels every day. The only down side was the view. We were unfortunate to get a room facing a field of dirt instead of the nice backyard with pool and a garden. They should really do something about it. And the light in the lobby, restaurant and corridors could be a bit warmer and more inviting.

Nice hotel, has a small gym inside, outdoor pool and jaccuzzi, there is a shopping mall nearby. Unfortunately we didn't have free time to use any of this. I like to dress casual and avoid working in places that have a dress code so when I am a client, I expect to dress how I want. Especially on vacation in a warm place I like to wear shorts, t shirt and flip flops. First morning there I went for breakfast which was not included and usually in hotels it should be included especially because the price was not low, and I was forced to go back to my room to put on shoes because I couldn't come in to the breakfast area in flip flops. I told the staff to put the breakfast expense on my room or I will pay with my phone (tap to pay option) and there was confusion between the staff when we were leaving because 4 people asked us to pay like we were gonna just leave without paying and there was some issue with their card machine so we just paid in cash to avoid the trouble and didn't come back the next morning. I felt uncomfortable with all this breakfast situation.
