Refillable water was provided I feel like the price for the size and things in the room isn't the best but still a bit cheaper than other hotels.

I didnt expect it to be so small but I guess that’s the concept. It does work for a short stay I guess.

Convenience and price. Could have been cleaner, very small with only two small stools to sit on.

Everything is simple but good. Nice bed, pillows and the people were always nice! I needed to iron a couple of shirts and the iron in my floor was dirty and staining the shirts, then I went to another floor and the iron wasn't heating, I had to go to a third floor to finally be able to iron the shirt.

It was a further distance than I figured from centro. The room for two people is a bit cramped and there is no desk to work at or plug in extra devices. These rooms are very much within Eruo expectations. The size is not with in Mexico or US standards.

Location great for my needs. I went to see my specialist at MAC Norte hospital. Very clean, great price. Very polite staff I was alone but I got two beds. I would have liked one bed only and more room for my luggage. But it was OK.

Must improve pillows , also must be recomendable insulate rooms, rooms nearby are very noise when people is having sex; Must improve tv channels, should be great streaming content from a cellphone or any other device.

Very nice and some what clean the chairs and floor in the lobby where stained. They gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned but switched us really quick after we told them. Rooms are really small but doable definitely do not bring a lot of luggage if staying here.
