The allowed a guest to keep roosters in their room. We could not sleep all night.

Worst place ever. A guest was allowed to bring in his room live rooster....we got zero sleep.

It’s very close to the Plaza de Armas and you can walk to it. The noise of the cars passing through the street were very loud and the windows weren’t helping keeping the noise out because there is a big spot between the two windows

Room was great but a lot of noise since we were right by the reception. They should get some sound proof doors so that we don’t hear everything going on in the outside overnight

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, good location. Checking in was a little confusing. Reception is small and just on the driveway of a gate secured neighborhood . Parking lot is across the street. So guests should park on the street, walk to the little reception to do the check in first then they will guide you to the parking lot. I know how it works now so next time will be easier. Walking distance to Aguascalientes cathedral and feria de San Marcos complex. Free coffee and tea, self serve 24/7. Friendly staff, willing to help.

My room was very clean. There is good wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful. After checking out I noticed I left my AirPods and I went back. The cleaning lady knew already and had put them in storage. I appreciate her honesty. My room was on the ground level floor and it had two windows that lead to a patio. Someone nearby was smoking. I had to close one of the windows

it was close downtown & San Marcos fair also free parking lot for the price, at least an air conditioner is mandatory, moreover cleaning staff is not cleaning properly under beds, when I arrived there was trash under it

Lovely receptionist & friendly staff. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Two sitting areas on each level one had water & tea and coffee making area. Only small negative was fan was very loud however earplugs fixed this
