Location Showers were horrible. Front office staff was super rude I ended up paying double the price advertised on booking.com in cash

I loved everything about this place. Downtown is just a couple blocks away. It's one of the safest places in town. The rooftop view is beautiful, and the pool is a bonus. It's my perfect place to stay in Aguascalientes.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the pool was as well. The restaurants was adequate for the pricing and the food was decent; their breakfast buffet was outstanding, but the menu options weren't as tasty. Breakfast starts at 7 AM. It would be ideal if they could start serving somewhat earlier than that for early risers trying to avoid the crowds.

Big room, big bed. Comfortable. Good WiFi. Good service in the restaurant for breakfast. Good location near but not right in the old town centre. Noise from the road outside. The agua in the shower wasn't very caliente.

The location is in downtown, walking distance to restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff was very friendly.

I love the cleanliness and room size We had to switch rooms three times. The staff was wonderful in trying to accommodate us. Unfortunately we ended up in a room with double beds and our view was the parking lot block wall - very depressing

Really well located and free parking, amazing roof top with pool and views of the city . Decent wifi Had breakfast once but it was good and fairly priced Pretty noisy on the main road when trying to sleep, the double beds for the twin rooms are pretty small (which I got for 2 bookings despite a request)
