Location…walking distance to many places Our AC didn’t work. It was on but couldn’t modify it. Also, the TV wasn’t smart Tv

Nos prometieron ballet parking, nunca llegó, incluso un carro pasó la noche frente al hotel, pero tú puedes llevar tu carro al estacionamiento, otro establecimiento, que fue lo que yo hice, que a mí parecer se puede omitir ese detalle

It is old, the shower was terrible, the bed was very small to be a “double” and not comfortable. It was too expensive for what it was.

HVAC did not work, when we arrived we could regulate the temperature, then it only did cold or off. Poor maintenance

Great location, right in the center of Aguascalientes. It is located to a store/restaurant. Also, the water pressure is good. The room temperature was a major issue during our stay. The heater/AC was controlled by the hotel, and the room often felt muggy and uncomfortably hot, especially with daytime temperatures in the high 80s. I asked for help and requested a fan, but nothing was provided. The lack of temperature control and assistance made the stay uncomfortable.

Everything is fine, the location, the room that touched me had not been cleaned, the reception lady quickly told me that she was going to change me to another one that was not like mine but it was of a better level and it had a refrigerator, coffee maker, dining room, living room, very large bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body and hand lotion, bathing cap, facial soap, water bottles and the room is very clean and in a very good location I have no complaint

The location was excellent, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. No real complaints

They didn't have a small refrigerator in the room and kids were running around on the same floor as our room. Guests slamming the doors, the tissue box in our room only had about seven sheets of tissue, the toilet seat was loose. I reported everything at checkout time, because maybe the night we arrived back from our activity was when we realized all of this.

Location. Old facilities, not well taken care of. Not enough towels, gym without weights, shower working half way. Not remote control or coffee amenities available (one has to ask for them), toilett excessively noisy. Lifts old and with no maintenance (6th floor just doesn't light up on the board).

The breakfast was very good. A variety of plates for anyone. Perhaps an update as to decor.

Location, friendly staff Property is outdated, warned down furniture, mattress. Heater was not working in both rooms our family stayed. The over all feeling is an old, outdated place. Not very clean. Unpleasant smell. Very noisy because windows do not close all the way. This is not a four star hotel. Wrong rating.
