Location was nice and very accessible. We would walk down the street to eat lots of local places.

Maybe my trip because was on bus a long one 40 hours sit and the check points ! Regarding the hotel the staff definitely deserved a raise and the owners don't want to give them !! Raise Claudia and Pau great humans beings & hard workers! I don't like they don't have what they money they earn it !!

Swimming pool, and buffet breakfast. I was put under a large family, who had came in late like might night. Through out the night I heard boats walking around most of the night. The hallways echoed every customer that came to and didn’t respect quiet hours. I barely slept, I tried calling front desk at 130 am through my cellphone no one answered. I did notified front desk after check out, to notify customers about quiet hours. Also suggested not to place large family on second floor.

Room to small dirty bathroom no housekeeping during my stay 3 days with out room be clean or checked I have to request toilet paper

Its clean enough and has a good location I think its not too formal, and needs to improve about how an Hotel service should be given

Overall ok. Felt safe walking to and from town, even later in the evening. Reasonable value for money Super noisy hotel, as you are next to a main road and the open inner construction made you hear any other guest - no insulation.

The rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. I didn’t like the amount of car noise outside the property, but it’s understand due to the location of the hotel. It’s bearable for the most part.
