Clean, cozy and spacious apartment. Nice spa. Very good wellness treatments. Awesome breakfast, so much to choose from, everything very fresh and of good quality. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great food at the restaurant. Not enough staff at breakfast, waited more than an hour for a coffee. Cocktails at the restaurant were horrible.

we particularly appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff, the food at the restaurant and for the breakfast was amazing and quite varied, the location is very good even if you come by train, the spa area is really nice there was no staff in the sauna area and some guests were really loud which made it difficult to relax, and a small detail - it was a bit cold in the room even though the heating was on the maximum, but I am sure this could have been arranged by quickly asking the reception

Clean room great location. I liked the kitchen and pool as well. The restaurant was pretty small and selection of food for breakfast was pretty small, more like four star in my opinion. Had hard time getting coffee, too. Dinner was also alright but not exceptional. Considering it’s an apartment maybe it’s reasonable though.

All what we liked was ruined by what we did not like! Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. We booked a four-night stay through Booking.com, with breakfast explicitly included in our reservation. However, every morning, we were treated as if we were trying to get a free meal. Despite explaining to the reception on the first day that breakfast was included in our booking, the staff questioned us daily, making us feel like we were trying to cheat the hotel. I had to accompany the waiters to the reception in the morning to clarify this issue, which was exhausting and stressful, especially with a three-month-old baby in tow. I even arranged with booking.com to refund me when I pay the hotel at the check-out for all our extras so I can focus on my holidays rather than the breakfast bills! The reception staff, with the exception of one helpful lady, were incredibly rude. One receptionist even went so far as to tell me that I should be grateful for my 15% discount (thanks to my genius 3 level) and stop asking for the benefits I had already paid for. On the third day, we were told the issue was resolved, only to be humiliated again during check-out. They brought me the manager who publicly berated me in front of other guests, stating that because we booked through Booking.com, we were not the hotel's customers and had no right to expect our breakfast to be included. This entire ordeal was not only stressful but also deeply embarrassing. Our stay was supposed to be our first relaxing family holiday during my post-partum recovery, yet it was overshadowed by daily confrontations and a complete disregard for the terms of our Booking.com reservation. We felt treated like unwelcome intruders rather than paying guests. We wanted to make going there a routine as it is our first stay and first swim with our newborn, NOT ANYMORE! I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it, especially if you value being treated with respect and having your booking terms honored.
