Warm and friendly reception staff, comfortable and spacious room Breakfast buffet spread is an ecelectic mixture, often springing up surprises like Maggi and Pasta. Despite the excellent breakfast, it was observed that all items were not placed on time. Basic items such as milk for cerals were not readily available, which was a let down

the staff was good.....and the room were clean and comfortable. the food was not good, need to improve taste wise and my colleague room window was having problem it was not getting located. however the staff changed the room but other room was not that comfortable.

Kept calling me since early morning even though I reached hotel at 3 am and check out was at 2pm. They called multiple times to disturb my sleep

It is falsely advertised as a 3-star hotel when, in reality, it wouldn’t even qualify as a 1-star. The entire place is outdated, shabby, and dirty. The staff are unaccommodating, incompetent, and unprofessional. Even the reception staff are unable to assist, regardless of whether you speak their native language. They do not speak English, and even when you request to speak with someone who can help, no assistance is provided. Subject: Urgent Complaint – Request for Compensation I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to outline the numerous issues we encountered. Given the circumstances, I expect appropriate compensation and a response regarding the next steps. Key Issues Faced: Driver Accommodation: Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the hotel did not provide driver accommodations, which is a standard practice in most hotels across India. We had to pay extra elsewhere for his stay. Room Mismatch: We booked a room for three persons, expecting three single beds as shown on Booking.com. However, the hotel did not honor this arrangement, claiming it was not possible, despite the misleading photos. Uncomfortable Rollout Bed: Instead of a proper third bed, we were given a terrible spring rollout bed, which caused my sister severe back pain. After complaining, the bed was replaced, but with a stained duvet, which was equally unacceptable. Dirty Linens: The bedsheets on the double bed were stained, which was highly unhygienic and unpleasant. Faulty Facilities: One of the room’s showers had no hot water. When I attempted to call the reception, the telephone handset disconnected from its wire, making communication even more frustrating. Unprofessional Maintenance Staff: When the maintenance staff arrived to fix the hot water, they entered our bathroom without removing their shoes/sandals. After fixing the issue, they left the entire bathroom and entrance area flooded with water, along with dirty footprints, and did not bother to clean up or even check the mess left behind. Additionally, the hot water could only be accessed by manually turning a high-up valve on the wall—an extremely inconvenient and impractical setup. Lack of Basic Assistance: After the flooding, I immediately called for extra towels, but staff failed to understand the request.

All staff were friendly and Priya on the counter and Jetubhai were very helpful. Bathroom toiletries could have been better.

The reception staff was extremely rude and did not HONOUR the full booking of 6 days. The told us as senior citizens in a foreign country to get out of the hotel. They were getting more money (concert of Coldplay)

good location cleaning is major issue and the reception is just okay okay they didn't provided us full information about your meal and all , room doesn't have any amenities like no sleeper no dental kit no comb no oil which is basic
