Not really ... location was good The reception manager was quite rude....without knowing facts about our booking and that the hotel had confirmed our request for twin bed, he started acting rude stating that we need to check if it is available....then when I argued, he says ok it is available.... why act rudely with a customer ....also I think the room was quite bad...bathroom ceiling leaking room no 505...

I stayed for one night and liked the service provided by the hotel staff who was trying hard to please the guests. The Wifi needs a lot of improvement as i felt it did not work and had to constantly keep using my hotspot

Watchmens were nice They kept me waiting for 2 hours just to tell that my booking is only for 4 hours. Could have told that when I was enquiring.

We liked the service and the staff behaviour. All the arrangements based on a special request were done nicely. And above all the food was delicious.

Very good and helpful staff. Went to help being very curteous. Accomodative for early check in; and took care of luggage after check out, and helped thru (tips was in their eyes ofc) Simple shopping, and induben kakra near abouts - as we were rushed for a stay 1 day 1/ Two single beds was sought. But did not provide 2/ Broken Wardrobe door (Simple things, could have made our stay more pleasing 3/ TV malfunction (simple thing could have checked earlier 4/ Not easy for auto guys to know where to go. Induben kakra became our landmark

What I liked most of this place was its library theme, educationist themed restaurant and walls having heritage building wallpapers, floors remind you of values. In this age of gadget we are fast forgetting books. This place is also pet friendly, staff like Amiya was amicable and helpful. Food was good and sufficient in quantity. Maybe they can think of increasing the number of books and add table lamps on the reading desk. I would definitely say it’s a good place to stay with family and pets. We loved our stay. Replenishments could be improved

We booked it for our second girls' night out, and once again, we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Two standout features for us: 1. 4-Bed Family Room – It's rare for hotels to offer family rooms that can accommodate four people. Usually, we end up booking two separate rooms, but we always stay together, chatting and gossiping all night. Regenta's family room is perfect for a group of girls on a night out. No need to pay for an extra room that won't be used. 2. Food Delivery Apps Allowed– We love that we can order food from Zomato, Swiggy, or other apps. It’s a great way to satisfy those late-night cravings after the hotel kitchen has closed. Very less options for breakfast
