Rooms lack cleanliness and maintenance. First provided doesn’t have working AC and room boy was recommending to keep the windows open. The next provided room has working AC while it makes constant small noise. Bathroom was disaster as toilet was visibly brown color due to prolonged stains from water. Just using some Clorox/bleach periodically should have clear those stains which are not expected from a hotel bathroom. Management or owners should work to improve housekeeping and maintenance part.

Simple and very testy Charges are very high and for necessary facilities like tea kits we have to ask and reply I got was surprising that for a standard room this facility is not available ispite of paying Rs 2465 I have to ask for such facilities.

The location was ok, however the breakfast was like I had it just for the sake of eating. Nothing special We were denied rooms despite 100% advanced booking payment, that too in the night hours. The standard room that was booked was like a match box, too small with not even the space for moving.

How would one rate a hotel qfter it informs you that th booking is cancelled despite having prepaid the full bill? I informed the hoat we would have a late check in and once we reach all 3 rooms were cancelled It was only after some argument and heated discussion, we were provided alternate accommodation. To top all this facilities were dismal. Very disappointed
