Helpful staff team, free drinkable hot water from the kitchen, was nice to be able to change the stinky smoking room into a non-smoking one even though it was right by the noisy street. Good a/c. The Reality has gone far behind the shiny photos online! The bed takes all the room space, the duvet cover was not clean, bedlinen with stains, lacking so much cleaning and maintenance. My phone + laptop were both warning about the unsafe wifi > couldn't use it at all. Shower water not so warm. Wouldn't go back.

I liked the staff's service and especially the fact that they served me food even at 1 in the night which was something I did not expect. I was blown away by their 24/7 snacks service. I did not like the food that they served me for lunch which was ordered from outside. I would much prefer the food they provide in-house which is exceptional and available all the time.

Very friendly staff, especially lovely owner Hasan who's a very nice man Very clean room & bathrroom, good hot water. Very comfortable bed & lovely clean white sheets & pillows. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but you can order in from a nearby restaurant where the food is very good. In a good area that makes seeing the old city very easy Highly recommended, would definitely go back again Nothing!
