Air conditioner was old and barely making room cold. No hand towels in bath room No ceiling fan. Check in was painful since they didn't accept documents. Will not recommend this hotel

Paid for extra bed but had to request so much to get it, paid for upgrade still got lower category small room, food at restaurant was horrible, requested non spicy food still served food with visible red chili powder, staff was acting like they didn’t know anything how to serve or host guests Everything

Location Staff didn’t provided a good hospitality When I entered I told instructed by the bell boy to pick my own shoes he said he will not bring it for me Than no body accompanied me to show my room I have to find it on my own While asking the staff for places to have lunch He was very rude in giving directions
