The wardrobe should have a door to cover the hanged dress. Hair dryer should be provided.

I travelled with my old parents. The reception charged for an extra person, saying that they must provide an extra bed, which I did not mind, to be honest. I told them specifically, we do not need an extra bed, but if you insist, it is fine with me. 1. My dad is undergoing dialysis and he was in a very bad condition. I checked in over 2 hours before and specifically mentioned my dad's health and requested them to keep the room ready. It was not ready. It took an additional extra hour to make it ready after multiple phone calls, and trips to the reception 2. After all the waiting, and extra charge, The quality of the bed that was given was extremely poor. I mentioned that, the hotel said they would change it but it was never changed. 3. We had an early morning flight, so I asked them to settle the payment in the evening, which again instead of multiple requests was not done. The sole purpose of booking the hotel was convenience to the airport, however it was in vain. 4. In general, the rooms are no where at par with 5 star hotel rooms. I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the hotel staff and overall quality of the hotel.

During our three days of stay in this property, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner in two different restaurants, and entertained guests as well. Breakfast offered widespread choice for guests from all parts of the world. An à la carte lunch and dinner menu offered wide verity of Indian dishes. The chef tried to accommodate diners' wishes to build their own meal from options like appetizers and main dishes. Nothing during this stay.

Everything looks a bit old. The hotel needs to be re-furbished. Otherwise, everything was good.

Location close to the airport, free pick up at the airport, easy check in, great food, great facilities, courteous staff, overall excellent experience.

Loved the dinner. The staff were great throughout especially the early morning checkout at 5am. They arranged a breakfast pack, which was greatly appreciated. We found the room comfortable and relaxing. The corridors probably require a bit of refurbishment, maybe look at removing the carpets in the corridors where you have it and installing marble flooring like the other areas. The carpets are usually hard to maintain and after a while it gives an unpleasant smell - this is just my opinion.

Location is good. It has improved in last few months. The bump at the entrance. It is monstrous. My car got so badly hit. I don’t know how can they continue with such big bump. They need to immediately work on it.

Absolutely pathetic experience. We had specifically booked an extra bed well in advance since we were landing at 4 AM. Despite informing the hotel ahead of time, upon arrival there was no extra bed kept in the room. At 4:30 AM after a long, exhausting journey, this was completely unacceptable. If that wasn’t enough, we were woken up by loud hammering and drilling at 8 AM — it felt like we were staying at a construction site, not a hotel. We complained four times, spoke to their so-called “manager” Anurag, but the noise didn’t stop. Despite repeated complaints, they didn’t bother pausing the construction or even having the basic decency to apologize. The level of negligence and sheer lack of professionalism is honestly unbelievable. This place is a complete shit show. Terrible management, zero customer service, and absolutely no respect for guests. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay far away unless you enjoy paying to be treated like trash.
