I did not like anything, The staff was rude, showed us an attitude Took more charge than what was mentioned in this app. It was supposed to be around 650rs but he charged us with almost 1000rs Very bad experience

The staff behaved rudely didn't let me check in the first place despite the confirmed booking. Gave the room after pleading. The room was alloted on their terms.

Nothing. Their Hospitality is so bad.The way they treat their guests is pathetic. Their rooms had a cigarette smell with cigarette burn marks on the pillow covers. They switch off the AC once the guests fall asleep. Bathroom is so tiny. Floor is dusty.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very negative. Despite having a confirmed reservation on Booking.com, we were refused accommodation at the agreed price. They first tried to tell us that we had booked two rooms, although our reservation clearly stated one room. After showing the confirmation, the staff demanded almost double the amount we were supposed to pay. The staff was extremely rude, and the way we were treated by both the personnel and management was unacceptable. We definitely do not recommend this place.
