The Location was very convenient. The staff were very polite and helpful. Good breakfast spread. The Room size could have been bigger.

Specially Neel is very kind and honest. The level of care and kindness shown by all the staff across various departments was exceptional. They made us feel comfortable and supported throughout our visit. Additionally, I must commend the restaurant for their outstanding food. The buffet breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. It truly made our mornings more enjoyable. I will certainly recommend your facility to others

The location of this hotel is really good. It is easily accessible from the airport, and the Sabarmati riverfront is a couple of minutes' walk. The breakfast had very limited options, and most of the items were actually snacks and sweets. Common items, such as butter and cheese, were not available. In fact, the staff could not even make a dosa on any day, even on request.

Just the Location and car parking facility, since the booking was done online, one can not understand 100% about the photos shown in the site about the real time ambience about the property. This is a stand alone small property just Ok for spending night, Moreover for Non-vegeterians, it is very difficult because in modern days people should have options for Food of their choice, Surprissing is when I booked the hotel, nowhere it was mentioned that it is vegeterian hotel, even at reception counter, after making payments before checking in, I was told that this is a vegeterain hotel. So, it was quite embarrassing at point of time to search and book new hotel but again I have paid the full amount already, this is just funny

Breakfast was fairly good, though only vegetarian (no eggs either...) Checkin procedure was smooth, the difference in the GST tax was not adjusted as this reservation was made through Booking.com Rooms are of moderate size, the bathroom/washroom areas were not clean or upto the mark. The room AC unit and the refrigerator were not working and subsequently we had to change the room.

Breakfast was delicious, timely served and with sufficient variety. It was value for money - always. Service throughout in the hotel was highly appreciated. Staff was amiable and cooperative. it was overall a good experience the only thing we struggled with cushion in the room. Spring cushion was not good at all.

The bathroom was not well designed. The blower was sometimes running. The bathroom floor was always wet as the bath booth was not separated.
