The staff is not good basically if you are a girls They ask for extra money . I have pre-booked this hotel for a concert they cancelled my booking and asked for an EXTRA MONEY 5000 ₹ . If you are booking this hotel for any type of ipl matches please don't they take disadvantage and ask for more money. I WAS SCAM FOR 5000₹ All the above reviews are fake Area is very cheap and not safe

Right location near station. Clean No hot water & it was freezing had shower with cold water. No food or tea facilities. Don’t hv kitchen.

I only liked the location The staff was not responding properly like not providing basic facilities like towel I got the basic amenities like towel after 24 hrs of my stay and I was staying for 2 days and the main thing the AC's of rooms were not in working which made me changing the rooms multiple times and the rooms were not cleaned regularly.For all basic things like cleaning the room, amenities,etc., we have to ask for it multiple times then only they will provided it,which should be provided by hotel as it was included in booking.Overall not satisfied with hotel.
