Although we did not have the time to use them, the spa facilities are impressive. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were small but comfortable. The beds were great. When we arrived it was quite loud everywhere with televisions blaring EM football and a performance going on in the big dining hall. That stopped at 22:00. And the football stopped around 23:00. Then everything was nice and quiet.

Very comfortable with good size rooms. The staff were especially friendly and made us so welcome. Great atmosphere all round and will definitely make a point of returning. Nothing. All good.

Hansi Berger was once again the friendliest and most professional member of the team Please don't serve guests 'Käsknöpfle' like this anymore. That was cheeky. You have to like party noise until 2:30am ;o)

Location Outdoor swimmingpool is not at the hotel but 500 meters from the hotel. At the parking site there is a big machine who is making noice at 5 AM till 11 PM. You can't sleep with the windows open.

The room was very comfortable and had a lovely balcony from which we had a great view of the Snow-capped Alps. I would recommend that you take a travel kettle, teabags etc. as there were no facilities of this type in the room. The entertainment in the hotel was very good - especially the 'Chief' playing the piano accordion. An excellent night! Every meal was delicious with a selection to choose from each day. There was nothing to dislike

Breathtaking! I don't think you could stop in a better place in the German Alps. Everything about this place is amazing! The staff are super helpful, the location is surreal... Its so sound of music :) The breakfast included in our package couldn't have been any better. A must to visit! Liked everything

In my opinion it felt like a 4 star hotel. We actively tried to figure out why it only has 3 stars. The breakfast and food was fresh and delicious, service was good. I like when on a second day waitress already knows what drink you like to order at breakfast. I was there at the work function and we had fantastic food, service, and entertainment. The next day we went to SPA near by and I actually liked it becouse it was nice to go for a walk after breakfast to the area with outdoor pool and Spa. I would be nice to have a fridge in the room but it was not essential.
