Nothing! This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude, arrogant, and openly hostile. Instead of welcoming guests professionally, he reacted aggressively the moment I questioned the misleading information in the Booking.com listing. The room I received was not the one shown in the photos at all. It was located in a completely separate building with no hotel atmosphere or facilities — just a basic room in another property. The advertisement is clearly misleading and does not accurately represent what guests actually receive. When I explained that I booked the hotel based on the published photos, the receptionist told me to leave the hotel instead of trying to solve the issue. He then claimed that Booking.com states the room is in another building, but when I showed him on my phone that this information was nowhere to be found, he suddenly said he “doesn’t understand English,” which was obviously just an excuse to avoid responsibility. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I felt deceived as a guest and would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking this property.

Staff was frustrated with late check in, maybe a language barrier but doesn't constitute the staff to raise their voice.... Called to confirm the reservation and staff was very apprehensive. I wouldn't consider again due to the staffs etiquette, the electrical seemed hazardous, and location 25 minutes from bus stop.

The hotel is at a very nice location in a spacious real estate. The room was fairly decent and the breakfast very good. Most striking is that I received from the reception and the rest personnel much politeness and something like a ... positive energy! Congrats! Booking.com's address pasted on Google maps drove me to a totally different location. I rang the door of a poor woman at night. I found the hotel by chance and with the help of signs, met though away from this home. No elevator at a new building.

We had a late check in with awesome staff greeting us and communicating along the way. We had a great dinner on the backside away from the great live music (we heard Swedish songs & tunes). We ate a classic schnitzel and fries that was really nice with great drinks & bier. The kids could be playful with restless legs after a long journey. We used the amazing spa/-pool in the morning after breakfast.

Calm position, still smiling personnel everywhere. I felt that those people are ready to solve every single task for the happinest of their guests. Slightly creaking bed growth (maybe i may lose some weight :-) ) and only one think - sorry i have to say - their local beer was bad.

The Bergerbad was great. The very warm water would probably be more enjoyable in winter. Breakfast add on was very good value. Lobby and restaurant area was very nice. The mattress was very soft and the room was like a sauna. Again, I think in the winter that the wood would be great at retaining heat but in 33 degrees we had to sleep with wet towels.

Very nice place, very friendly staff, large room, clean. I would expect a bit better choice of meals for dinner, incl. quality. Breakfast was quite good.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfasts were satisfying. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were very pleasant and spoke good English. Occasional musty smell which could be cleared by opening the window.
