Great location. One block from Lake Chapala, quick walk to the malecón and plaza principal. Extremely friendly staff. Great cooked to order breakfast. The coffee was superb. There was nothing to dislike about this place.

The location itself was invaluable with its proximity to so many food and shopping options. The room provided all the comforts of home and outside the room it was a beautiful scenery of itself, the staff even arranged for an amazing massage to be held on site. Breakfast was plentiful with a selection of various dishes on the menu that were included with the stay. To top it off the owner made himself available to answer any questions you may have towards recommendations on any destinations. I really couldn't find a bad thing to say about this location and I've stayed in many.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. The breakfast was exceptional. They have a coffee/bread store as part of the bed and breakfast and their coffee is so good. The staff was so friendly and warm, made the stay all the better. Definitely will stay here again. Nothing, it was actually a perfect place in every sense.

Wonderful staff That warm breakfast wasn't served until 9. 8 AM is much preferred so we can get a jump on the day.

This place is exceptional all the way around. It is centrally located from everything you want to see, the breakfast is quite good and varied, the staff are really nice and attentive, and our room, complete down to a roof top balcony/patio was really comfortable. I would return to Ajijic in a heartbeat and stay here even quicker. And.... the price point is totally awesome - easily the best value and nicest stay we had in our recent trip to five cities in Mexico Zip

Great location. Easy walk to everything. Fantastic breakfast and the staff was wonderful. The area for breakfast was warm and inviting and you were actually in the kitchen ...kind of... Lovely outdoor areas. Comfortable room and bed and good towels. Wonderful attached coffee shop opened to the public that you could run a tab on. Will definitely go back.

For my taste, the bed was too soft.

After lunch he took us to the ATM and gave us a tour of Ajijic which was quite interesting. He even took us to a grocery store and showed us some places for rent and for sale. The next morning at breakfast we chatted with him and another couple from PV for about thirty minutes and learned more about the town. The other people who work there (Jesse and others) were very helpful also, including telling us they had fresh bakery items at 8 am in the morning. I got some and they were really good. We spent the rest of our time simply walking around the town central area and plaza. and along Lake Chapala. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend you check out Estralitta's. You can't go wrong.
