I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and there were many families, which made the place feel warm and welcoming. The included breakfast was definitely a highlight, absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and everything very fresh. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and great service. I would definitely stay here again! The pillows were uncomfortable, too small and too firm for my preference. The shower water was nicely hot, but the showerhead seemed partially clogged, which affected the water flow. My room had a connecting door to another room. Although useful for larger families, it made me feel a bit insecure and worried about possible noise coming through, especially since I was traveling with a child. Overall, it was a good stay, but with a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

The room was smallish but very comfortable and super clean. The included breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. There is an excellent restaurant next door, too (Rincon Espanol). The power kept going out, including the Internet. I thought it was priced a bit high. Not crazy, but just a bit high.

The attention of the staff and their willingness to accommodate my requests. The hotel looks small in the photos but it doesn’t feel like it when you’re there, everything is well thought out. The decor on the room that I requested was more than what I imagined.

staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. The last morning I was to go breakfast and the gardeners were watering and my entrance to my room was all wet and somewhat dangerous. When I returned from Breakfast my entry way was in direct range of the sprinklers and even worse when I finally left. My guess is they didn't know someone was in that room.
